Pat Anderson Relaxing

AV rated by her peers (the very highest rating available to lawyers for their legal skill and reputation), Pat is a highly experienced trial and appellate lawyer, with a special interest in property law and the defense of mortgage foreclosure cases.

A resident of Pinellas County since childhood, Pat graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) magna cum laude, and served as Managing Editor of the Stetson Law Review, before graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1982.

During her long career at a downtown boutique law firm, Pat engaged in complex litigation, extensive appellate work (note the impressive list of just some of her appellate cases to the left), and a great deal of defamation, First Amendment and media work, representing major newspapers, several major television stations, news reporters, and others in the media.  Pat has tried cases of national and international importance, and has received a number of awards for her dedication to fighting for the rights of others.  She has successfully represented numerous homeowners in litigation against their mortgage lenders, and demonstrated skill in handling personal injury cases.

Pat is licensed to practice before all Florida courts, the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court, and has argued cases at both state and federal appellate levels.

Thomas A. Brodersen, Esq.

Tom has extensive industry experience in real estate law, brokerage, and mortgages.  He urges you to consult a real estate attorney early in the process, before you sign a listing or sale contract, as decisions made in these early stages can profoundly affect your rights throughout the process of buying and selling, and, once made, can seldom be reversed.
